Arbiter of War and Arbiter of Peace
Welcome back, summoners! The High Elves have arrived, and they want you to know just how blessed you are. Join them on the battlefield among their arbiters and lawmakers to dictate the pace of battle, doing your best to get the better deal out of each new rule.
The Arbiter of War ensures deadly combat wherever they are, increasing the strength of friends and foes alike. The Arbiter of Peace does just the opposite, aiming to protect those around them from battle. Managing proper proximity of these two warriors is the essence of High Elves gameplay.
